Making Referrals and Motivating Them.

Hi friends, I have noticed that one of the best ways to earn online is by getting more and more referrals. I have noticed that most of the users, which includes top users too, are not earning much through referrals. The reason I think is because, most of the users don't know who to make referrals. So, I thought, it would be good, if I can share some of my experiences on how to get referrals.

I have started making referrals some days ago and I have a good number of referrals right now. Here are a few tips for anyone who is interested about how to go for it:

* Make a Post - This post should be short and to the point. I have noticed that I don't like reading long adds, so for me the shorter the better. So make a short and descriptive post, which tell about how one can earn money, by having fun and making friends online.

DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOUR REFERRAL LINK AT THE END.

* Where to Post? - Now that you have made a post, I would advise you to post it on popular websites like Orkut, Myspace, Mylot etc or within some chat rooms.

Important point to remember here is better to post in a personal scarp of the target user rather than posting in a community front page (in Orkut). Simple because, in that way your post will have a longer life.

Just copy the 'add post with your link'
as paste in in the personal scrap of the target user.

* Who the TARGET USER - I have observed that most of people here are either housewives or young students looking for pocket money. So try to select these profiles and then post your add in their profiles.

Apart from this, always try to introduce the known friends and family people to online opportunities. DON'T FORCE ANYONE. Just present the facts honestly and let them decide, if they want to join or not.

Some Other observations:

* I have seen that most of the referrals are not active, they just register and forget. I think out of 10 only 3/4 would be active. So keep that in mind and DON'T BE DISHEARTENED BY THIS FACT . That's the rough ratio for you - around 30/40% of your total referrals are going to be active.

* Try to motivate the inactive referrals. Best way is to let them know your earnings. As I said earlier, NO NEED TO FORCE ANYONE, as soon you would find yourself helpless! The one who don't want to contribute; just let them know that you have earned and move on...

Lastly keep the faith! The best way to look at it - 'Who knows some fine day, one of your old referrals might just log in and soon be addicted to earning online and you can have a share in his good earnings. I think even if 1 out of 10 become a sincere contributor, then, that serves the purpose, as his earnings are going to be for the long term run, so DON'T LOOSE FAITH:-))
